About The Position

Purdys Chocolatier is looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at their Sherwood Park Mall location. The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company. This role involves guiding the staff, but not hiring or discipline. Success in this position comes from the ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment. This position requires availability for all types of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry.
