About The Position

As a Team Lead at GO Car Wash, you’ll help site managers with the daily operations of the car wash and contribute to the overall success of the site. You’ll help ensure inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards are met to deliver a consistent, convenient, and exceptional car wash experience. You’ll also help hire, train, and coach teammates, and set an example while completing required car wash activities. The role offers an active, outdoor workplace with a team of car washers and opportunities to grow your career and learn transferable work and life skills. Teammates typically earn $15.50 per hour, consisting of a $13.50 base rate plus an average of $2 per hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers regularly earn more than $2 per hour in additional commissions. The offer depends on location and the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. A satisfactory criminal and financial background check is required before hiring.

Requirements

At least 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
Ability to communicate clearly, engage others, and lead by example.
Ability to organize time, work, and a team to complete varied responsibilities.
Must complete a satisfactory criminal and financial background check before hiring.

Car wash experience is preferred but not required.
