About The Position
Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Team Lead to help run store shifts in a fast-paced environment. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, keeping operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences. The role offers paid training, leadership development, and opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager, General Manager, or higher positions. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase with training. Flexible schedules are offered; stores are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Full benefits and a 401(k) are offered to full-time employees.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Facial tattoos are not permitted; facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
