About The Position

A Tidal Wave Auto Spa Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. In a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, Team Leads set an example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team. The role offers an opportunity to learn how to run a car wash and grow toward management positions.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
