Team Lead,Market Mall
About The Position
Purdys Chocolatier is looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our Market Mall shop. The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company. This role involves guiding the staff but does not include hiring or disciplinary responsibilities. Success in this position comes from the ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work effectively in a team environment. This position requires availability for all types of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry.
- Self-motivated and driven for results.
- Enthusiastic about selling a quality product.
- Dedicated to providing a great customer experience.
- Energetic and enjoy meeting new people.
- Excited about working with a team and building a career and growing within Purdys Chocolatier.
- Available for all types of shifts (Weekdays, weekends and holidays).
