About The Position

The Team Lead assists the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling. This role involves effectively supervising Sales Associates during shifts, addressing potential issues in line with LEGO policies and procedures, and completing orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and operating budgets. The Team Lead also ensures that money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates, maintains an organized stockroom, ensures all available products are merchandised on the shop floor, and works towards achieving loss prevention targets. Additionally, the Team Lead assists the ASM and SM in maintaining a high standard of merchandise presentation according to store guidelines.
