This role is responsible for the training, development, and coaching of non-management employees, performing all team positions as required, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Team Lead will operate projection and audio-visual equipment, ensure operational delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions, and monitor maintenance standards. They must also enforce company policies, including dress code, and have a strong understanding of emergency procedures. This position involves monitoring risk management, including employee and patron safety, loss prevention, and accident reporting. The Team Lead is required to complete team lead training and understand all Team Member level policies and procedures, including harassment prevention and regulatory compliance.
