About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring a Team Lead for a local Domino’s store. The Team Lead is the go-to person during a shift, helping the store run smoothly while providing excellent customer experiences. The role offers a potential path to Assistant Manager, General Manager, and other advancement opportunities. The store environment is fast-paced, energetic, and team-focused.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and motivate team members.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Make pizzas and prepare food.
