About The Position

A Tidal Wave Team Leader assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. In this team-oriented environment, Team Leaders set an example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team. The role offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and develop toward management positions.

The position is in Lewisburg, Tennessee. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn weekly commission. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with flexible scheduling. Benefits include PTO under the company policy; eligibility for health, dental, and vision coverage after a 90-day waiting period; eligibility for a 401(k) subject to plan terms; eligibility for life insurance and other listed coverage after a 30-day waiting period; and company-paid holidays. New hires must enroll in benefits within 30 days of hire for coverage to take effect.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
