About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced, outgoing, and highly engaging Serving It Right certified Team Lead to support the upcoming Canadian Club Canada Soccer FIFA 2026 activation in Vancouver! This exciting activation will bring soccer fans together throughout the tournament season in a high-energy event environment. As the Team Lead, you will oversee on-site execution for the Canadian Club Canada Soccer FIFA 2026 activation while guiding and supporting event staff to ensure a smooth, engaging, and successful guest experience. This role requires someone confident, organized, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced live event environment. This is an Experiential Marketing (XM) / Alcohol Sampling role. FULL AVAILABILITY is required for all activation dates.

Requirements

• Serving It Right certification (mandatory)
• Highly engaging, outgoing, and confident personality
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in summer weather conditions
• Comfortable promoting and sampling alcohol
• Reliable with full availability throughout the activation period and training date
• Proven ability to manage people and maintain event execution standards

Nice To Haves

• Previous Team Lead experience is an asset
• Bartending or serving experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting on-site event staff throughout the activation
• Acting as the primary point of contact during event shifts
• Overseeing setup, execution, and teardown of the activation space
• Supporting alcohol sampling and promotional activities
• Engaging guests and maintaining a high-energy event atmosphere
• Managing event flow and troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Ensuring staff professionalism and brand standards are maintained at all times
• Communicating updates and reporting back to management as needed
