About The Position

The Team Lead partners with key stakeholders of the account, cross-divisional sales teams, and cross-functional teams to drive account productivity and satisfaction. This role leads Tier 1 huddles and actively participates in, and as needed, leads hospital huddles. The Team Lead directs and guides the day-to-day function of the team to ensure OR efficiency and drive customer satisfaction, and is responsible for managing charge sheets and billing for the account. The position requires a solid understanding of critical metrics and their impact on the business and customer relationship, applying feedback and metrics to propose process improvements. A strong foundation of clinical expertise is necessary to share with a wide audience, including providing in-service training. The Team Lead supports and guides Sr. Specialists in identifying and creating Kaizen sheets for continuous improvement, and is responsible for onboarding new employees. Functional knowledge of SPD & OR, significant understanding of surgeon preference, and management/coordination of Stryker and customer onboarding and compliance requirements for the team are essential. A good understanding of Joint Commission requirements and managing those for the team and account is also necessary. Information exchange requires tact and diplomacy, and the Team Lead consistently facilitates and leads team building activities. Proactive interaction with cross-divisional partners and various levels of management within the hospital and Stryker is expected. The Team Lead allocates work as a team leader, may check on quality/completion, and attends CE webinars. They actively partner with the Associate Supervisor, Supervisor, OA, and Training team to onboard new hires, serving as a mentor to newer specialists and assisting with corrective actions and annual reviews. Driving onboarding for new hires and serving as a resource for the team, driving day-to-day engagement, performance, and activities, as well as leading Program Management activities within the account are key responsibilities. The nature of the impact is direct, ensuring the quality of tasks, services, and information provided by self and others, and serving as the main point of contact for the team account. Proactive communication of specific account information to appropriate stakeholders is crucial. The role involves actively providing ideas to refine tools or processes, providing implementation and coverage support when practical, and partnering with fellow Team Leads across the nation to drive standardization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Maintain professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude required by Stryker and the medical facility.
  • Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.
  • Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.).
  • Excellent equipment problem-solving skills.
  • Must have CRCST Certification

  • Adhere to (HIPAA) and other related patient confidentiality policies and procedures.

  • Pay Ranges: US15: $32.22 - $44.57 USD Hourly
