Requirements

Experience in theatre management and/or guest service.
Exceptional guest service, leadership, and motivational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication & organization skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Working knowledge of AV equipment and POS systems.
The ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
A passion for teaching and developing your team.
The ability to handle high levels of stress (it's a fast-paced environment!).
Physical stamina (think walking, standing, and twisting).
Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (we’re open 365 days a year, and the show goes on!).
