About The Position

We're seeking a Kid Care Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position with 5-10 hours per week, with the goal of expanding hours in the future. The role involves creating a unique and memorable relationship with each child and parent team, providing a safe and clean atmosphere, fostering age-appropriate learning, and creating a fun, playful, family-friendly environment. The associate will also maintain neat, professional attire, attend department meetings, collaborate with team members, and build strong relationships with fitness facility members.

Requirements

• Prior customer service and childcare experience required
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification; Must be in person and have infant, child & adult
• Superior customer service skills
• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
• Sincere interest and enthusiasm in engaging with children
• Basic understanding of the MS Office suite
