About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a top-performing Domino's franchise, is seeking motivated Team Leads to help run great shifts. This role is described as a launching pad for careers within the company, with many current Assistant Managers and General Managers having started as Team Leads. The stores are high-energy, fast-moving environments where hard work and leadership potential are recognized and developed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Lead and motivate team members
• Ensure outstanding customer service
• Help make pizzas and prepare food
• Handle cash and basic store operations
• Train and develop new team members
• Support daily store goals and standards
