This role is designed as a launching pad for career advancement within the company, with many Assistant Managers and General Managers starting as Team Leads. The position involves managing shifts, leading team members, ensuring excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation, handling cash, training new staff, and supporting daily store operations. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
