About The Position

Sofo Foods is looking for a hands-on Distribution Team Lead to assist in partnering with our 3rd shift warehouse team. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience who enjoy helping others succeed and are ready for a leadership opportunity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-year distribution experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated and freezer environments.

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or team training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse team members.
• Help coordinate daily assignments and monitor productivity and accuracy.
• Train employees, provide coaching, and promote teamwork.
• Support warehouse operations, including order selecting, receiving, and shipping, while leading by example and jumping in to assist team members whenever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
