About The Position

As a Team Lead, you will set the standard for excellence by exemplifying Kiokii’s sales and customer service values, inspiring and guiding the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our visitors. This role involves assisting store management in daily operations, providing guidance and training to associates, maintaining store standards, supporting staffing, addressing customer concerns, driving sales, and assisting with store openings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience
  • Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standard

Nice To Haves

  • Some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to guide staff and enhance the customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the store management team in overseeing and coordinating daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
  • Providing clear direction, support, and training to store associates as needed
  • Maintaining store conditions to ensure they consistently meet company standards and adhering to Health and Safety regulations
  • Supporting staffing efforts to align with business needs and operations as requested
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues effectively and escalating matters to higher management when necessary
  • Driving sales performance by meeting store targets and key performance metrics
  • Support with store opening and setup
