About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the car wash facility and its operations. In a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, Team Leads set an example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team. The role offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and develop toward management positions.

Team Leads provide customer service, help operate and maintain the facility, and assist customers and vehicles through the car wash process. The position requires extended periods on your feet and a willingness to work in all weather conditions. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and complete a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
