About The Position
Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain and a leader in the industry with locations nationwide. This role offers an opportunity to learn the operations of a car wash and develop leadership skills, serving as a stepping stone into management positions within the company. The Team Leader assists with facility and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented environment, setting an example by exceeding expectations and supporting the management team.
Requirements

- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
- At least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
- Assist in opening and closing the facility.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
