About The Position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain seeking exceptional individuals with leadership qualities to join our team. We aim to redefine the car wash industry through advanced technology, excellent customer service, and employee dedication. This Team Leader position offers the opportunity to learn how to manage a car wash facility and operations, providing a stepping stone into a fast-growing industry with significant potential for professional development and advancement to management roles.

Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
