About The Position

The Team Lead supports daily car wash operations by filling in wherever needed, helping drive production and guest service. This role leads by example and helps coach fellow associates to uphold service standards and brand values, with a focus on learning the detailing and finishing positions and preparing for future management opportunities within full-service operations.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Can stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Interested in learning full-service management
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Step into any wash position as needed to support flow and production
• Lead by example in guest service, safety, and team support
• Train and mentor associates on car wash procedures and customer interactions
• Support quality control when management is unavailable
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the site
• Help drive unlimited plan sales and app engagement
• Complete opening and closing duties as needed
• Perform quality checks and guest follow-up when management is unavailable
• Notify management of any site issues
