This role is responsible for the training, development, and coaching of non-management employees, ensuring guest satisfaction, and operating projection and audio-visual equipment. The Team Lead will also ensure the operational delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions, monitor maintenance standards, and enforce company policies including dress code. Advanced knowledge of emergency procedures and risk management is required, along with the ability to report performance issues and policy violations to Theatre Management. The position also requires reading and understanding training materials on topics such as harassment prevention and regulatory compliance.
