This role involves assisting with department training, ensuring quality checks, supporting lean manufacturing principles, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The Team Lead will highlight critical issues, communicate relevant information, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure the safe and timely production of deliverables. They will also assist with employee evaluations, discipline, and performance metrics, identify and correct safety hazards, and support the creation of standard work instructions. The position requires working in the department up to 80% of the time, acting as a First Responder when trained, applying ISO-9000 procedures, and serving as a role model for team engagement and morale.
