Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Microsoft Office Products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible to changing priorities.
Proven experience to analyze information effectively and present results through reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, organize, multitask, and prioritize.
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Forklift license or willing to obtain.
Blueprint reading.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States in a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate safe work practices in accordance with all compliance and regulatory requirements including Life Safety Elements and hold others accountable to do the same.
Provide guidance and coaching to team members, helping them improve their skills, addressing performance gaps, and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure that safety protocols are followed rigorously and promote a safety-first culture.
Monitor product quality and address any deviations promptly. Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high standards.
Meet production targets while maintaining service levels. Timely delivery and customer satisfaction are critical.
Optimize processes to reduce costs without compromising quality. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement them.
Monitor work progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, and addressing any issues promptly.
Inspire and motivate team members. Set an example by demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Provide ongoing training to enhance skills. Address performance gaps through constructive feedback.
Ensure that inventory items are stored appropriately (organized, labeled, and protected from damage).
Make sure team members can access inventory items efficiently.
Reconcile physical inventory with records. Address discrepancies promptly.
Assist in accurate and timely inventory control management both physically and transactionally.
Other duties as assigned by his/her manager to ensure the best possible Safety, Quality and Cost deliverables for Lindsay.
