Requirements
- 2-4 years of qualified mechanical experience substituting one year of related technical training for a year of experience
- 1 year previous experience leading a team of technicians
- Ability to read and write
- Good communication
- Ability to coach and lead
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians
- Assign work based on customer needs and technician ability
- Provide communication between technicians and the front office
- Resolve workflow and technical issues
- Advise, teach, and coach diesel bus technicians
