About The Position
Columbia Forest Products has a Team Lead (Supervisor) opening at our Chatham, Virginia facility. We are looking for an experienced leader who respects and values others and their contributions. Requirements
- Three to five years of manufacturing supervision experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing
- strong communication skills(both written and verbal)
- the ability to problem solve are essential in this supervision role.
Nice To Haves
- Candidates with an Associate or Bachelor degree in Wood Science or Business Administration is preferred but not required.
