As Team Lead, Post Sale Solutions Engineering, you'll lead a team of Customer Success Solutions Engineers responsible for delivering technical value to Noibu's customers, maintaining technical buy-in, and driving successful adoption and renewal of our products. This is a true player-coach role: you'll spend part of your time as a Senior Solutions Engineer working directly with strategic customers, and part of your time coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team. Reporting to the Director, Solutions Engineering & Support, you'll act as a coach, strategist, and senior technical lead for the team, while partnering closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering leaders to help shape how our team operates as we scale.
