  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones, with good working-hours overlap with Central European Time.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with WMS or MES products and understanding of logistics, warehouse or manufacturing processes.
  • Experience building SDKs, developer tools or developer documentation.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of full stack engineers, including running 1:1s, providing feedback, supporting career growth, and managing performance.
  • Stay hands-on by designing solutions, writing code, reviewing pull requests, and setting the technical standard for the team.
  • Own the team's delivery process, from planning and estimation to release and support, balancing new features with quality and technical debt.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer and partner needs into technical solutions and clear team priorities.
  • Work with customers, partners, and system integrators to understand their processes and develop reusable, standard solutions.
  • Promote agile methodologies and sound engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and documentation.
