About The Position

TeamViewer provides a leading Digital Workplace platform that connects people with technology—enabling, improving and automating digital processes to make work work better. Our software solutions harness the power of AI and shape the future of digitalization. We believe that our diverse teams and strong company culture are key to the success of our products and technologies, that hundreds of millions of users around the world and around 645,000 customers across all industries rely on. With more than 1,900 employees worldwide, we celebrate the unique perspectives and talents that each individual brings to the table and foster a dynamic work environment where new ideas thrive. Are you ready to join our team and make an impact? We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead to lead one of our new Integrations & Partner Enablement engineering teams. The team connects TeamViewer products to the enterprise systems our customers run on, such as ERP, warehouse management (WMS) and manufacturing execution (MES) systems, and gives partners the tools to build integrations on their own. You will lead a team of full stack engineers while staying close to the code: designing solutions, reviewing code and building features yourself. You will work closely with engineering, Product Management and Architecture teams in Europe in an agile, modern environment.

Requirements

  • A university or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a solid understanding of modern development practices.
  • 2+ years of experience leading engineers as a Team Lead, Tech Lead or similar, including coaching and giving feedback.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot or Node.js/TypeScript, and with React and TypeScript.
  • Strong background in enterprise integration: REST APIs, data mapping and transformation, event-driven integration and messaging.
  • Good understanding of authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, Docker and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and a clear view on how to use them responsibly in a team.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones, with good working-hours overlap with Central European Time.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with customers, partners and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice To Haves

  • Background in SAP consulting or a systems integrator, or at a product company with an integration platform or SDK (e.g. iPaaS, WMS or MES vendors).
  • Experience with SAP integrations (e.g. SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, OData, BAPI/RFC, IDoc, SAP BTP / Integration Suite).
  • Experience with WMS or MES products and understanding of logistics, warehouse or manufacturing processes.
  • Experience building SDKs, developer tools or developer documentation.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of full stack engineers: run regular 1:1s, give feedback, support career growth and manage performance.
  • Stay hands-on: design solutions, write code, review pull requests and set the technical bar for the team.
  • Own the team's delivery, from planning and estimation to release and support, balancing new capabilities with quality and technical debt.
  • Translate customer and partner needs into technical solutions and clear team priorities together with Product Management.
  • Work with customers, partners and system integrators to understand their processes and turn them into reusable, standard solutions.
  • Drive agile ways of working and good engineering practices: testing, CI/CD, code reviews and documentation.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development in the team: set good practices, share workflows and keep quality high.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new engineers as the team grows.
  • Build a culture of open communication, ownership and accountability.
