Additionally, the role focuses on people and culture by managing employee performance, guiding and mentoring staff, supporting employee goals, managing disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to the collective agreement, and supporting the return-to-work process. The position also emphasizes organizational accountability by working collaboratively with staff and volunteers, operating in a client-focused manner, ensuring adherence to health and safety legislation, and supporting fire and emergency procedures.
