About The Position

As the Team Lead, Sales with Housecall Pro, your passion is coaching and developing others. You have the ability to motivate and inspire your team members, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. You are looking to advance your leadership and communication skills, and thrive in a fast paced environment. You are responsible for learning HCP customers, as well as our product and sales philosophy. Your training will begin as an individual contributor for 3-6 months. You will then grow into a team lead for 3-6 months where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership abilities. As a Team Lead, Sales, you will receive formal management training and exposure to Senior Leadership for ongoing coaching and development, with the goal of promotion to manager within 6-12 months. Our team is patient, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success.

Requirements

1+ year of management or leadership experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven success as a salesperson
Familiarity with sales CRMs and processes
Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work

Responsibilities

Accomplish and exceed individual sales goals
Work as an individual contributor on the sales team for 3-6 months to gain a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs
Lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Develop and improve sales processes and strategies to drive growth
