About The Position
We are hiring a part-time Team Lead, Sales to deliver outstanding consumer experiences, lead by example on the sales floor, support merchandising and store operations, and handle key holder duties such as opening and closing, cash handling, and store readiness. The role is suited to a team member with retail experience, leadership potential, and schedule flexibility. Compensation is $17.00–$21.00 per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, inclusive retail environment.
