About The Position
We are hiring a part-time Team Lead, Sales to deliver outstanding consumer experiences, support store operations, and lead by example on the sales floor. The role drives sales, mentors teammates, manages daily task flow, and performs key holder duties, including opening, closing, cash handling, and store recovery. The position pays $17.00–$21.00 per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program, and offers the opportunity to work in a diverse, inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of retail experience.
