About The Position
The Team Lead, Sales delivers outstanding consumer experiences and leads by example on the sales floor. The role supports store operations across point of sale (POS), merchandising, the stockroom, and recovery. It also includes key holder responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, cash handling, and asset protection.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of retail experience.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
