About The Position
The Team Lead, Sales delivers outstanding consumer experiences and leads by example on the sales floor. The role supports merchandising and stockroom operations, manages daily team activities, and performs key holder duties, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, and store recovery. This is a part-time position with pay ranging from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an incentive program.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of retail experience.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for fast-paced retail.
