About The Position

This role is for a market research recruiter in a remote call-center environment. The Recruiting Team Lead drives quality, consistency, and high performance across the recruitment team. This role combines hands-on coaching with operational oversight, ensuring recruiters are equipped, motivated, and hitting their goals while maintaining an exceptional experience for every respondent and client.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
3–5 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or high-volume recruitment environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills required
Experience with recruitment or call center platforms
Comfortable working across multiple systems and quickly learning new tools

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of team lead, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred
Background in hospitality or operations management a plus
Minimum 1 year in a market research, project coordination, or operations-focused role preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of recruiters through daily coaching, real-time feedback, and ongoing development.
Monitor calls regularly and deliver constructive, timely performance feedback.
Review daily production metrics to ensure team members are meeting individual and team goals.
Maintain an active presence to proactively address blockers and keep the team productive.
Effectively brief recruiters on new studies, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on TriVoca systems, supporting team members in resolving issues quickly.
Maintain a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle and how recruiting outcomes impact downstream operations.
Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and share best practices across the team.
