As Team Lead, Professional Marketing, you will lead the end-to-end marketing agenda for Reckitt's Professional division. This role owns brand strategy, innovation planning, marketing content creation, trade marketing, customer activation, and omnichannel execution. You will set priorities, establish strategic direction, and drive execution of the Professional division's five-year innovation roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or Customer Marketing.
  • Strong expertise in B2B/Professional channels, customer activation, omnichannel marketing, and product launches.
  • Proven analytical, financial, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial leader with strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable and detail-oriented, with experience in negotiation, sales management, and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead omnichannel activation plans for key B2B customers, aligning sales and marketing strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Develop digital strategies for online B2B distributors, strengthening Dettol Pro Solutions' digital shelf presence.
  • Manage promotions, marketing agencies, and customer-facing materials, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee the activation calendar, ensuring effective coordination, execution, and a rolling 6‑month planning cycle.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize ROI for customer activations and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure flawless execution of customer marketing plans while fostering strong collaboration with internal teams and strategic customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer marketing and category teams to develop winning activation plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve brand performance and drive corrective 4P actions in partnership with the sales team.
  • Support regional Trade Marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with global and local guidelines.
  • Coordinate customer trade shows and manage the Trade Marketing budget, monitoring performance against targets.
  • Own the omnichannel strategy for the Professional division, driving digital, eCommerce, distributor, and customer-specific initiatives.
  • Monitor business performance through key metrics, innovation results, marketing effectiveness, and ROI.
