About The Position
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Team Lead to support clients, families, and caregivers throughout the Bay Area. The Team Lead will serve as the main bridge between our clients/families and the company.
Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Willing to travel throughout the Bay Area.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Home care, caregiving, healthcare, or client-service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Be available to assist with caregiver call-outs and shift coverage.
- Complete initial assessments for new clients.
- Conduct monthly evaluations with assigned clients.
- Communicate regularly with clients, families, caregivers, and the Client Services Team.
- Address client/family concerns and communicate updates to management.
- Help ensure quality and continuity of services.
- Travel throughout the Bay Area as needed.
