Requirements
- Previous experience in a Patient Service Representative or similar healthcare administrative role required
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with scheduling systems and healthcare software
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Abbadox experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary resource and “go-to” person for team members, providing guidance on workflows, policies, and procedures
- Assist with resolving complex patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve scheduling or technical discrepancies related to patient exams
- Support a positive team culture by promoting collaboration, accountability, and strong morale
- Communicate important updates, process changes, and operational information across multiple locations
- Serve as a Super User for Abbadox and phone systems, providing training and support as needed
- Assist in managing daily workflow and coordinating front desk operations to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Partner with the Clinic Supervisor to support team communication and operational alignment
- Assist with interviewing and evaluating new applicants, providing feedback to support hiring decisions
