We are searching for a talented Team Lead-Patient Care Services to work in the PACU at Tobey Hospital in Wareham, MA.

Requirements

A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
A minimum of three years related work experience is required.
Demonstrated ability to utilize technology to document, evaluate and manage patient outcomes.
Demonstrated organizational, coordination and time management skills.
Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
Previous experience working in perioperative services including Preop, PACU, Intraop, or Endo required.
Specialty certification required within 6 months of hire.
Participation in on-call coverage may be required to support operational and/or staffing needs.
ACLS, BLS, PALS required.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience preferred.
Specialty certification is preferred.

Perform diversified duties both within and in support of the department including leadership, performance review process, daily operations, departmental manpower scheduling, fiscal responsibilities, educational responsibilities, performance improvement, liaison, and quality.
