Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Team Lead to join our team in Princeton, MN! Since 1947, Crystal Cabinet Works has been a custom cabinet manufacturer located in central Minnesota. We are recognized for the exceptional value we build into every cabinet. We sell our fine cabinetry through independent kitchen and bath dealers throughout the USA and Canada. Our business is about crafting amazing cabinets with amazing people; working together to ensure everything fits together perfectly.

Responsibilities

Participates in the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees in their respective departments.
Directs the work efforts of employees in their respective departments.
Assists in Performance Reviews and identifies the need for performance management of employees in their respective department.
Tracks and assists in write-up process for employee’s attendance in their respective departments.
Provides backup for their department’s Manager in instances including attending meetings, acting as a decision maker, and reviewing UKG and time sheets, as directed.
Performs job interviews for positions within their department.
