The Production Team Leader is responsible for ensuring employees are working safely while production and quality requirements are met within their respective department. This role involves guiding and managing a team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics, fostering a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, accountability, and respect. The Team Leader will coach, train, and develop team members, ensuring clear communication of expectations and thorough onboarding. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, company standards, and production goals, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, equipment, and resources. This role requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to analyze shift data to compile reports and ensure operational efficiencies.
