The Team Lead will run a small group of Strategists while also owning their own book of clients, with a 50/50 split. This is a hands-on leadership role where quality and team health are maintained as the company grows. The Team Lead will report into the Director of Organic Growth Strategy, providing coaching, QA, and direction to their team. This role requires doing strategy, QA, and client work, with half the volume dedicated to developing people.
