About The Position

This role serves as an on-site Administrator and a consultant and resource person for Nursing staff, providing administrative and clinical supervision. The position involves collaboration with other hospital departments to ensure a high standard of patient care.

Requirements

Current Massachusetts R. N. License is required.
Demonstrated clinical competence, excellent communication skills and demonstrated decision making ability required.
Over five years up to and including seven years of progressively responsible work experience including some leadership experience is required.
Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
BCLS Certification required.
ACLS Certification required.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Nice To Haves

A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is preferred.
Management experience is preferred.
