About The Position

This role involves managing state registrations, FINRA exam requests, and representative updates (name changes, phone number updates). The specialist will need to follow up with representatives for any necessary additional information. Key functions include navigating systems like RegEd and FINRA, analyzing responses to determine follow-up needs or escalations, and prioritizing multiple requests effectively. The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain meticulous records and documentation.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of support experience in financial services, insurance, or related financial organization a plus
  • College degree is preferred
