About The Position

The Team Lead Nurse BSN provides professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. As a primary caregiver, the nurse provides direct patient care and collaborates with other care team members, physicians, and patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes. The role involves access to confidential patient information and independent decision-making as well as decisions made in collaboration with others. The position is based in Adena’s Chillicothe AOSI Wound Care department and is full-time, Monday through Friday on days. The position works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing. Hourly compensation is based on nursing experience and education.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• ACLS certification.
• Three to five years of clinical nursing experience, with one to two years in a leadership, supervisory, or charge nurse role.
