Requirements

Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
Willingness to complete training to obtain required certifications and licenses within 6 months, if required.
Clean driving history.
Experience driving a trailer.

Responsibilities

Manage the Field: Walk job sites, perform quality control checks, and ensure equipment is maintained.
Organize the team: Structure routes, manage employee schedules, and keep crew members on task.
Provide support to the team: Find solutions for staff issues and ensure team members have necessary training.
Ensure daily tasks are completed and prepare for the next day.
