About The Position

We are seeking an outstanding Team Lead for Site Services Kit Production to join our 2nd shift team! Requirements

  • High/ Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/ vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 5 years) or equivalent and relevant combination of education, training, & experience.
  • 1+ year experience demonstrating leadership qualities
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities and to manage multiple assignments with challenging deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage others
  • Ability to train, mentor and motivate junior staff
  • Ability to effectively interact with outside vendors and internal and external customers
  • Good written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Competent with computers and enterprise applications
  • Good problem solving and critical thinking skills to support quality decision making
  • Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner.
  • Able to work upright and stationary for typical working hours.
  • Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and effective operations of the department, maintaining world-class quality standards.
  • Participate in daily operations and address issues until resolved successfully.
  • Provide training for new personnel and implement new processes, ensuring detailed documentation.
  • Attend study protocol meetings and educate team members on critical issues.
  • Build work schedules and holiday planning for the team.
  • Assist in Global Kit Production, distribution, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely processing of supplies.
  • Support internal departments and external kit vendors with high levels of service and reliability.
  • Manage Kit Production staff and provide training to new members.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Kitting Operations and management.
  • Monitor staff performance and identify efficiencies in the production process.
  • Support with back orders, order comments, and express orders.
  • Coordinate the review and action required on custom reports.
  • Manage the K Drive and kit vendor document repository.
  • Provide system and courier training.
  • Attend weekly kitting vendor operational meetings.
  • Perform quality control checks and assist with (un)loading activities.
