About The Position

Navaide is seeking an experienced SAP Team Lead with Kanban delivery experience to provide technical leadership and workstream coordination on a Department of Defense contract. The candidate will lead a cross-functional team of SAP analysts and developers, manage work intake and flow using Kanban principles, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned workstream activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of SAP functional or technical experience with at least 3 years in a team lead or senior delivery role
  • Demonstrated experience managing work using Kanban or similar lean and Agile frameworks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead teams and engage senior stakeholders
  • Broad SAP module knowledge across functional or technical domains
  • Eligibility for and willingness to obtain security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Navy ERP or DoD ERP team lead experience
  • Experience leading mixed functional and technical teams on large-scale ERP programs
  • SAFe or Kanban certification
  • S/4HANA program delivery experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical leadership and direction to a cross-functional team of SAP consultants and analysts
  • Manage work intake, prioritization, and flow using Kanban boards and visual management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned workstream, interfacing with Deloitte program leadership and government stakeholders
  • Conduct regular team stand-ups, workstream status reviews, and retrospectives
  • Review and approve technical work products including functional specifications, test cases, and configuration documentation
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies affecting workstream delivery
  • Support resource planning, onboarding of new team members, and knowledge transfer activities
