About The Position

The Team Lead, Integrated Billing oversees the billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing a team of billing specialists. The role includes reviewing invoices, resolving billing inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to maintain an efficient billing cycle. The Team Lead also helps train, supervise, evaluate, and motivate staff, and stays current on changes in billing regulations, practices, and technology. The role is hybrid or onsite.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of billing or accounting experience required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and processing invoices.
• Proficiency in billing software systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Understanding of billing regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to help manage and motivate staff and interact with clients.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
